Due to war, revolution, rebellion, the scourge of time, lackadasical record keeping in ancient times, and most of all, EzBoard Attack, many of the Decrees of the Kaisers are missing.
This is of concern, because, of course, an Imperial Decreeis the law of the land, unless, of course, it has been revoked in later days. Or perhaps some ancient Kaisers used numbered slips, and a dog ate the book, wine was spilled on the Decree Blanks and ruined them, or something.
Anyway, this chronicle writer is unable to find record of the following Decrees:
6-12 possibly under Gaelen II,Ari 0,Celestis I,Mors I
31-41 possibly under Viviantia I,Mors II,Mog I,Letifer I.
45,47,48 (in process)
Some Decrees are referenced in Histories, and if such extrapolation is employed, it is so noted.
Some Decree Numbers have been listed with a Kaiser if the sequence is logical. If the Decree is not found, it will be listed above.
