Stewards Decree #276: Citizenship of Greg Russell
In the absence of, and under the authority of Kaiser Mors V-
Mr. Russell is excused from filling out the citizenship renewal form, and is granted full Shirerithian citizenship. He is, however, admonished to fill out the next census form.
