Peter Hickey is a veteran micronationalist. Between 1998 and 2007 he was a citizen of the Virtual Commonwealth of Cyberia, holding numerous elected and appointed positions. A recognized expert on micronational jurisprudence, he currently serves as Chief Justice of the High Court of Morovia.
In addition to the Virtual Commonwealth of Cyberia, he is a former citizen of Lyrica and the People's Republic of Baracao. He founded the now inactive Free Republic of Rocentia.
