NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

Restoration of Our Rule
Our evil Son, Adam the Kinslayer, being still at large in the Alexandrian hinterland, and We, having done all that is in Our Power in the Alexandrian Lands to bring Adam to Justice, but having, for various reasons failed, We do now declare Our return to the Shirerithian Polity, until such time that conditions are favourable to find Adam once more.
We have been too far detached from the Government in Shireroth – and Our obligation is not only toward the victims of Adam – but to Our good citizens, denizens and subjects – whether royal, noble or commoner.
We take note of the previous Imperial Decree that named Us and Our Blood to be the Eternal Rulers of Shireroth – and with humility, We accept that Acclamation.
