The Halberd of Retribution was carried by Kaiser Mog I during his reign on the Imperial Throne of Shireroth. Unlike most Kaisers of the time, he did not carry the Sword of Vengeance. Instead, he gave it to his Steward, Scott Alexander, for "safekeeping." Scott Alexander ended up giving the Sword of Vengeance to Kaiser Letifer I, who used it to slay Kaiser Mog outside of Shirekeep in an epic battle.
