The Batavians, for the purposes of Elwynnese Law and Culture defined as the people of Batavian descent who are living within the borders of the Elwynnese Union and holding residency in the same, are since 1644 subsequent to the issuance of a Royal Writ by the King of Elwynn, one of the Twelve Peoples of Elwynn.
