ON APPOINTING THE DUCHESS OF GOLDSHIRE

I, Jacob Darylion-Verion, after long consideration and investigation hereby appoint the Queen of Demonsfall, Her Royal Highness Kizzy Drakland as the Duchess of Goldshire. I congratulate her on her new position and wish her all the best in her future tasks. The power to govern can be a heavy burden, but it is my firm belief that the Duchess is capable of reigning over Goldshire in a fair and just way.
