IMPERIAL DECREE Nº 735
ON APPOINTING A NEW ARBITER

HIS NIFTINESS THE KAISER
I, Jacob Darylion-Verion, hereby relieve the mister Malliki Nur Pinito of his duties as Minister of the Exterior and appoint the Count of Mar-Sara, Vilhelm Benkern, as Arbiter in his stead. The Mango Thrones wishes to thank the former Arbiter for his hard work and his contributions to the Imperial Republic.
