The Brettish Isles, also called Brettania or the Commonwealth of the Brettish Isles, is a micronation based on a combination of Victorian and Cromwellian England. Located in the northeast corner of Micras, the country seceded from Batava following a long period of inactivity in that nation, taking up the mantle of unofficial heir to the legacy of New Brittania while also developing its own unique style.
Government
The Brettish Isles are ruled as a Commonwealth under a Constitution ratified by Parliament. The head of state and government is the Lord Protector.

Geography
The Brettish Isles are composed of seven islands: Brettania, Sussax, Essax, Holmes, Watson, Cornwallis, and Doyle. They are located in the northern hemisphere close to the Arctic on the planet Micras. The islands have a cool, temperate climate bordering on tundra.
