Rollins Piek is the capital of the Holy Empire of Jingdao. The city came into existence in 5160 ASC when Rollin the Conquerer, the later king, landed on the coasts of Urndel with around 5,000 Jingdaoese colonists. The few houses of local habitants were incorporated in the city.
