Kaiser Ometeotl II is the regnal name of Erik Mortis, who has reigned as Kaiser of Shireroth between 4815 and 4853 ASC.
He's mostly notorious for His sudden decision to abdicate when a conflict against Free Elwynn loomed at the horizon, stating that he had no interest in it and wanted to spend the rest of His life into the economic aspects of the nation.
