Actually, it turns out that not a whole lot has changed since yesterday with the Temple situation. A strange, disjointed prophetic verse spoken by Brrapa Lu'Eraro seems to indicate that the old Cedrist teaching of two distinct directions of spiritual development, one toward order and the other toward chaos, may exclude a third path of balance that takes neither route. An interpretation of this based around a spider-god named Neharab has been formulated by citizen Eoin in what he acknowledged as a "semi-heretical creation"; the High Priest has yet to take a stand on the issue.

Both the High Priest and the Head Priest of B'caw are apparently trying to get in touch with the Prophet, or at least with his relatives in the Line of Metzler, to figure out what's going on.

Meanwhile, Kaiser Los III, citing a lack of free time related to college, announced that he is seriously considering abdicating in the semi-near future, though likely not "before late September at the earliest". He noted that there were "two, maybe three people who I am considering as heirs to the Kaiserial throne, but that doesn't mean I'm not willing to consider other people", and asked prospective heirs to submit plans for their reigns to his private message box within the next week or so.

It is not publicly known who the Kaiser is considering; inquiries sent to the private residence of the Line of Mortis outside Port Benacia have been politely but firmly turned aside.

And lastly, it appears that the people of the Solomonic Empire of Attera have overthrown their Emperor, Mik'el Tzion I (who, in his capacity of King of Transattera, was most lately famous for his dispute with Shireroth over the territory of Lorelei). Blaming the inactivity and intransigence of the Emperor for Attera's diminishment in the micronational world, the remaining Atterans stripped him of his imperial rights and proclaimed Princess Jihan to be Empress. As the Empress is still a minor, the actual power to run Attera is currently being exercised jointly by Johanns fonn Klosso, Charles Beard, and Graius. Plans for a Sixth Crimson Constitution are being discussed.

As we go to press, the Imperial Government has yet to issue an official statement on the Atteran revolt.
