Mainly due to Baron Greg Russell's insistence, Harvey Steffke has made his return to Shireroth! He has joined as a citizen of BAM, thus bringing both that Barony and its parent Duchy of Yardistan up to minimum population requirements. But ya know, Harvey, we love you regardless of whether or not you fulfilled any requirements. *disclaimer*

And, in related news...

Harvey, already an Honorary Citizen, sparked something of a debate with his immigration, there now being confusion on just what honorary citizens do to become actual citizens. Duchess Hypatia of Kildare thus introduced the Immigration of Honorary Citizens bill, which is meant to solve this by declaraing a policy of filling out an immigration form and waiving the minorcy period.
