The citizens flowing into Shireroth as a result of Fax Celestis' advertisement campaign has resulted in an acute need for a way to familiarize them with the workings of Shireroth. In response, our glorious Kaiser has come up with a plan which he hopes will aid in this process.

Kaiser Los' integration plan calls for volunteers from among the experienced commoners of Shireroth to be paired up with two or three new immigrants each, who zie will strive to keep interested in Shireroth and will attempt to teach the country's ways. During this period, this guide will be given a non-noble title of the same sort of the Counts have. If by the end of the Kaiser's reign at least two of the new citizens still remain with Shireroth, the group shall be promoted to a Barony with its guide becoming a Baron.

The non-noble title given to the guiding commoner was later established, in Imperial Decree #187, as "Baronet", with the group under zir guidance being called a Baronetcy. The Decree also established Bill Dusch as the first Baronet, with new citizens Shacia Seliny, Darth Miho, and Linky DeVir under his guidance.

Meanwhile, Fax Celestis continues his outstanding work in the form of ShireFox, a browser toolbar designed specifically for Shirerithians' needs! Designed to work with Mozilla Firefox, the toolbar contains a row of buttons for dropdown menus with links to important fora, pages on the website, MicroWiki pages, and foreign nations. ShireFox also allows you to link directly to the New Topic creation page for each of the important fora, and also has a built-in search function that can specifically search MicroWiki and Wikipedia. And, in a rare bit of Benacia-related news, it seems that the legendary Syrradan, the Phantom Knight of Benacia, has been poking around the Lukedu Center for the Exploding Arts.
