Yet Another Landsraad Plan

Shyriath came up with yet another Landsraad plan today, after hearing all the bitching about the other ones put in place. Involving giving all nobles one vote but forcing Barons to vote along with their Dukes or not at all, it is not certain what sort of reception this odd new idea will get.

Discussion about changing the Landsraad has generated much animosity at the Landsraad Front Gate. But it's been given new impetus by the failure of the Pendronia treaty to pass through the Landsraad, despite a 29-0 vote in favor; the failure, it is believed, was due to lack of activity, brining the Landsraad below quorum. This caused the Kaiser to offer the following comment:

"WTF!? I'm becoming temped to disband the Landsraad and than get together with the Dukes and build a new system..."

Let us hope, for our sakes, that our dear legislative body can get its act together soon.

Unaimed Arrow Hits Its Mark

Today MiniEx Scott finally unveiled his newest work, a story called Unaimed Arrow (in Scott's words, "mostly because I couldn't think of a better title"). Despite its appellation as a "secret project", its is apparently somewhat expected, especially since Harvey's been going on and on and on about it for a while now.

Unfortunately, due to time constraints, the View was unable to obtain a good review of the story, or the editor to read it himself, at the time this paper went to print... and, apparently, it is a long work. But rest assured, we will work tirelessly to figure out just what this is all about, and report back to you. In the meantime, enjoy the read!
