Well, after two decrees in which our glorious Kaiseress raged at the utter inactivity of our not-so-glorious Landsraad, she posted a massive number of bills there (too many to link to, really) for nobles to look at, comment on, and then eventually get the hell around to voting on. As the Kaiser's imposed ban on all non-restructuring activities is still in effect, all said bills deal with the operation of the Landsraad, mostly involved in streamlining and harmonizing existing Landsraad procedure.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: All nobles are urged to report to the Landsraad OR ELSE.

On other news, land disputes and their aftermaths continue apace. The Treaty of MagiGARP, which was a private agreement between Ryan "WarVoid" Caruso (of MCS fame) and Bill "It's Soloralism, Not Soralism!" 3000 over the location of the ancient land of Greater Automatica (which had previously been applied to two different locations, both in Shireroth), set the land's place, and the culture associated with it, firmly in Kildare (the region, at least; we forget if that's in the actual Duchy these days). However, since as a county the area no-longer-referrred-to-as-Greater-Automatica was already occupied as such, this caused a brief row until it was determined that Lesser Automatica next door could be used by Iain instead, so that all went well.

Oddly enough, Ryan has also shown up making a new request to the Kaiseress, asking for a bit more land to be appended to Lac Glacei. In spite of the Gods howling and gnashing their teeth over such a concession, especially since Lac Glacei already got its independence, the Kaiseress claims that the suggested deal is "tolerable".

...Well, okay, to be fair, he DID offer to give up all claim to the protectorate of Mistikal-that-was-Greater-Automatica. But still, the Gods are bound to be a little grumpy about this one.
