Well, maybe not. But the Osman Shahanshah/Ardy DID march into the fora of Olde Hyperborea and demand that the icy culture be reinstated as a Duchy again, mumbling some stuff about Ahura Mazda and the Unconquered Sun and whatnot. Meanwhile, our glorious Kaiser issued an Imperial Decree today, formally annexing the annexedly unannexable Dementi Celestis. Despite protests from the annexed one based on previous statements of unannexability, Imperial Law says that the Kaiser can do whatever he wants. Sorry, lass, Yarad's got you cornered. :P
