The early Toakans developed symbols for each member of the Hamedo. The symbols formed the basis of the Toakan mythology. The Hamedo later became a theocratic and cultural governing body of Toaka. The Twelve Nations (1994) – the Hamedo envisioned and established twelve nations. Members of the Hamedo where assigned to one of the twelve nations. Each nation had its own set of unique symbols. The names of the nations are: Kekuto, Leluto, Vedato, Aloito, Kasatera, Toakaaka, Nudoito, Tutzato, Kongsato, Longsato, Doiwuto, and Doisuto. All twelve nations were collectively called “Kato” meaning “the Supreme Nations.” World Discovery System (1994) – the World Discovery System or WDS is the name given to the headquarters of the Hamedo where members of the Hamedo assembled. The WDS was first located in Edmunds Burnaby Canada and later moved to Killarney Vancouver Canada in 1995. Each lordship governed his or her nation. ==Unification of Toaka== Formation of the Nemisi (1994) – Kevin (Naji), Connie (Sula), Andrew (Nasa), and Kitty (Lolo) formed the Nemisi, a council with the mandate to unify the twelve nations into one nation with a federalist government. Founding of Toaka and the Unification Act (21 June 1994) – Toaka as we know today was founded by a document called the Unification Act, created by the Nemisi. All twelve nations agreed to the Unification Act which unified the twelve nations to form Toaka. Toaka means “the nation of the privileged,” where Toakans are the privileged people. The Unification Act also invested the Toakan emperorship to Koiyen Jong, who was grandfather to Kevin (Naji), Connie (Sula), and Andrew (Nasa). Motto, Emblem and Flag of Toaka (1994) – Toaka adopted the motto: “nation of peace and hope.” The red-blue disk was adopted as the emblem of Toaka. The emblem set on a white field was adopted as the flag of Toaka. World Discovery System (1995) – WDS headquarters moved to Killarney Vancouver Canada. Hamedo projects included the Toakan language, Toakan customs, Toakan mythology, Toakan vexillology, Toakan duodecimal system, and Toakan calendar system. Government activity was minimal and the Nemisi became the advisory council to His Grace the Emperor. ==The Toakan Monarchy== The monarchy is one of the oldest institutions in Toaka. In general, the monarchy consists of the Emperor, the Crown Sovereign and the Imperial Regent. The Emperor is formally the Head of State. Toaka is an "empire and confederation," distinction between the Head of the Empire and the Head of the Confederation is esstential to understanding how the monarchy works. Generally speaking, the ceremonial powers of the Emperor is delegated to the Crown Sovereign and the governing powers of the Emperor is delegated to the Imperial Regent. On March 21st 2002, Prince Imperial Eadenus Junion succeeded the Imperial Crown and became the Crown Sovereign Prince Imperial. ==An Institution of Toaka== The monarchy is an institution of both the Empire of Toaka and the Confederation of Toaka. As an institution of Toaka, the monarchy represents a bridge between Toaka's past and present. As a symbol of Toaka's integrity and heritage, the monarchy flourishes. ==The Senate of Toaka== The Senate is formally known as the Legislative Council of Toaka.
