The Constitution
After the refoundation of Shireroth there was no official written law of the land. The Kaiser word was the only known law. During the last few days of Tymaria, Kaiser Gaelen II created the Constitution of Shireroth to be a written record of the structure and government of Shireroth. Originally this document was meant to be a reflection of the practices of the nation and not a ruling document. Over time however it was seen to serve that purpose. The constitution of Shireroth was eventually replaced by [[The Charter]], which was basically the same exact document but renamed. The reason for this was to stop people from confusing the Constitution of Shireroth with the idea of the Constitution of the [[United States of America]] and comparing the two.
