Carl Jackson

Carl Jackson, born in Novi Nigrad in 1539, died at the same place in 1612 (heart failure), was a Yardistani noble and civil servant. Briefly served as ruling Steward of the Imperial Republic in 1577, though during this time he did not appear to have made any decrees.
