Jarl of the Seven Ports

Jarl of the Seven Ports is the title of office of the Royal Governor of the Princely Precinct of the Elwynnese Union which is known as the Federation of the Seven Ports. The present Jarl of the Seven Ports is Prince Hallbjörn Haraldsson of Elwynn.
