NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

Invitation extended to the Free Associative Kingdom of Constancia to accede to the Alliance established between the Shirerithian, Alexandrian and Natopian Empires

The Free Associative Kingdom of Constancia, having suffered under the yoke of a Siseranist invasion and occupation, and yet, with valour gallantly fought off Evil, has proved itself to be a Kingdom loyal to the ideals established by the Shirerithian, Alexandrian and Natopian Entente.

Acting under the Treaty establishing that Alliance between Those Empires, We extend, in the name of the Imperial Republic, Our invitation to the Free Associative Kingdom of Constancia to accede to the same Treaty, with the proviso that the same invitation be extended by His Imperial Majesty's Government in Alexandria and His Most Bovic Majesty's Government.

May the Radiant Sun shine a Light of Peace over Constancia.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Imperial Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given at the Keep this first day of Vixaslaa in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and forty-eight.
