Daniyal Sikander Dravot, Steward of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, renders one thousand salaams in the name of:

NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.


IMPERIAL DECREE 859: Interstate Commerce and Corporations

I. Interstate Commerce

  1. Trade and Interstate Commerce are the exclusive prerogative of the Imperial Government.
  2. Trade and commerce between the Imperial Dominions and between the Imperial States may only be undertaken via corporations registered with the Office of Bounties and Factorage.
  3. Trade and commerce between the Imperial Dominions and between the Imperial States undertaken by private individuals or entities without registered corporate status is an offence known Unlawful Commerce
a. The sentence for the offence of Unlawful Commerce shall be deprivation of civil rights for a period of six years Anno Nortone.


II. Corporations

  1. Every corporation must register with the Office of Bounties and Factorage.
  2. A corporation may either be a State or Imperial Government-owned corporation or a privately owned joint-stock company.
  3. Every corporation must prepare a title deed of ownership and shares in that ownership, which may be resold on the open market, and register these with the Office of Bounties and Factorage.
  4. Every corporation must prepare "keys"; one for the owner, one for the ruler of the State / Dominion in which they are registered and one for the Kaiser entitling them to the use of the products/resources/facilities of the company.


IN WITNESS OF THE SUBLIME MAGNIFICENCE OF OUR LADY THE RADIANT SUN WHEREOF We have caused the Seal of the Steward to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given at the Keep this Twelfth day of Fasmas in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and forty-six.
