IMPERIAL DECREE 757

ON A DAY OF NATIONAL CELEBRATION FOR ELWYNN

HER NIFTINESS THE KAISERESS

Whereas the Imperial Government wishes to honor and acknowledge the depth of history and richness of culture in its lands, I do hereby proclaim Elwynnese Midsummer Day to be a National Holiday of Shireroth. Elwynnese Midsummer Day will fall on the 15th day of Ikolstyme. On Elwynnese Midsummer Day, Shirerithians are encouraged to reflect on the Elwynnese Union, its accomplishments, its history, and its culture.

Within the Imperial Dominions residents are instructed to hold bonfires and celebrations from dusk to dawn. Residents in the Imperial States are encouraged to do so as well.
