IMPERIAL DECREE Nº 738
ON THE INDEPENDENT STATUS OF S.W.O.R.D.

I, Jacob Darylion-Verion, hereby declare that Shireroth's Warriors for Offence, Retaliation and the Defence (S.W.O.R.D.) will be granted independent status. S.W.O.R.D. will remain Shireroth's main center for counterterrorism, espionage and stealth warfare, but will be re-established as an independent organisation and only needs to report to the Mango Throne.
The organisation will be chaired by a Director, and I will myself serve as first Director of S.W.O.R.D in my capacity as citizen of Shireroth.
