ON CELEBRATING AND COMMEMORATING THE 15TH BIRTHDAY OF SHIREROTH

I, Jacob Darylion-Verion, hereby congratulate all citizens of Shireroth with the 15th birthday of our glorious Imperial Republic. This day will be a day of celebration and of commemoration of the great history of our nation. The Imperial Government will provide every citizen of Shireroth with free alcoholic beaverages, varying from Elwynnese Brandy and Goldshirian Pale Ale to the full wines of the Yardistani Isles.

It is of course a day that makes us reflect upon our history, and look forward to the future. It is with pride that I today celebrate, with you, the birthday of our nation. May Shireroth live forever!
