IMPERIAL DECREE Nº 602

TO ALL AND SINGULAR to whom these Presents shall come, Her Imperial and Royal Niftiness the Kaiseress of Shireroth sends greeting!

WHEREAS we have received a recommendation that our loyal subject Shyriath be rewarded for his considerable efforts in the field of legal studies;

AND WHEREAS we wholeheartedly concur with that sentiment and defy any of our true subjects to say otherwise;

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that we, Mira Raynora the Younger, Kaiseress of Shireroth, Queen of Lichbrook, Duchess of Brookshire, Lichgravine of Overdolor, Markhaness of Lachmodan, Countess of Caverden, Woodshire, Lowbrook, Azarea and Ž, Khaness of Karalakh and Kizillakh, Viscountess of Maltenstein, do by these Presents confer upon the said Shyriath the Kaiser's Legal Prize.
