Imperial Decree 445

Imperial Decree #445: Reclaimation Phases 2-4.
All duchies and Baronies are hereby dissolved.
All Noble and Lesser Noble titles are hereby revoked.
The Landsraad is hereby dismissed. All bills will simply wait for the next session to begin.
All sections of the Lawbook and Decreebook pertaining to Duchies, Baronies, Nobles and Lesser Nobles are hereby suspended until new laws can be written.
A House must have at least 2 persons to be considered such, and granted a forum.

All Houses granted a title may decide of their own volition who shall be the head of their House and thus personally control and posses the titles granted.
Nobles are denied authority to grant titles of nobility.
All persons not granted a title may not use titles of nobility.
All Houses may organize their lands, persons and internal institutions as they deem fit.
The following is a list of recognized lands and whom those lands are granted to as Fief. These lands have been granted as fief to the individuals and are not tied to the house they may reside, nor the title those houses are granted.

I had hoped to do all this more organized, but people got a bit.. caught up in things, so I'm having to rush it. The provisions of this Decree are considered law until new laws can be instated into the Lawbook.
