Imperial Decree #414: Amokolia

Ardashir Piroz Aurangzeb al-Osmani-Steffki, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Kaiser, Khan of Vijayanagara, Earl of Alalehzamin, to his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place granted to Zurvan this Ordinance which by his Kharenah is confirmed for us and our heirs forever.

There shall now follow a proclamation on the policy of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth towards Amokolia.

The Imperial Republic of Shireroth, recognises the validity of the Treaty of Annexation and deplores the efforts of Jess Heimer to renege upon a treaty to which his own name has been affixed. Further, exasperated by the duplicity of Mr Heimer, the Imperial Republic of Shireroth extends to the Kingdom of Victoria the offer of every practicable assistance in enforcing this treaty upon the reneging partner.

However we also find it understandable if under the circumstances the Kingdom of Victoria, tiring of the perfidy of Jess Heimer, arrives at its own internal and fully legal mechanism for cancelling the annexation of Amokolia. In this also the Kingdom of Victoria shall enjoy the full support of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth.

The Imperial Republic of Shireroth would then note the existence of the failed Amokolian state on its frontiers, and reserve all policy options for use in the pursuit of the legitimate cause of order and stability on the Benacian continent.
