Imperial Decree #400: The appointment of Jacobus Loki as Minister of Military Affairs

1. Know that it shall please us on this day to hereby appoint Jacobus Loki to the office of Minister of Military Affairs. In this capacity he shall serve until such time as we give public notice to the contrary;
2. Our especial commission to him shall be to exterminate all enemies of this Imperial Realm, both foreign and domestic;
3. But especially domestic.
