Steward's Imperial Decree #391

Given this day Somnisday, 26 Qarbinionsmoon, in the year 3674 ASC at Shirekeep

Mindful of our Steward's Imperial Decree #388 of 3761 ASC in which we did confer recognition upon the Provisional Authority of Amokolia as a sovereign entity newly restored to independence, and mindful of the state of war into which our neighbour the Republic of Ashkenatza has entered against the Ocian Federation in support of the righteous cause of Amokolian independence we do hereby authorise the deployment of Imperial Forces on military duties through out the continent of Benacia, excluding those territories of our brother members of the Small Commonwealth whose permission must be solicitously sought prior to any deployment or transit.

Authorised deployments shall take place with the aim of
1. Restoring the Public Peace & Common Weal amongst our Benacian neighbours;
2. Guaranteeing Amokolian independence;
3. Terminating the war on our frontiers at the earliest opportunity.

This order shall remain in effect for thirty days hence or until it is countermanded, whichever happens soonest.

It is so ordered.
