Imperial Decree #378: Duke of Yardistan, again

Greetings!

I've had it. Jess has once again shown that he is not suited to be Duke of Yardistan, or Duke of anywhere. Rebellion has always been a part of Shirerithian life, and more so in Yardistan. To try to fight a rebellion by deleting posts is to not play fair. Use your skills of persuation, or of deceit and backstabbing, but never your administrator powers. That is gross abuse of authority in my view.

Therefore, Jess is hereby dismissed as Duke of Yardistan, again, and barred from holding any Duchy again, unless the Kaiser or Kaiseress lifts this ban.
