Imperial Decree #375: DecreeBook cleanup Decree

To all Shirerithians, greetings!

Please do not pay much attention to this decree. It is one of those decrees that you have to do to edit the DecreeBook. There is some stuff in there that do not have to be there, or should not be there. All deletions are marked with italics. Amendments are marked with bold text.
