The Kaiser has awarded a monetary prize to a non-citizen! How can this be? Since this non-citizen has been one of the Prime Movers of the Anglophone Sector of Micronationry for ages, and since he has contributed heavily to the culture of Shireroth, and indeed is a Knight of the Griffin, therefore,

Honorary Citizenship in the Imperial Republic of Shireroth is hereby conferred upon Ryan, aka WarVoid aka many other names.

Until such time as policy is made further, his account shall be considered to be in Shirekeep as to not affect voting in the Landsraad.

This shall not be construed to confer the any right to a government or quasi-governmental position, but does permit the honore to engage in the arts and in commerce within Shireroth, providing that Shirerithian funds remain within Shireroth.
