Persuant primarily to Imperial Decrees 302 and 319, but as a guide in all such situations-

Any piece of legislation mentioning a part of the government which has gone through a name change shall be considered to apply to the current name of that part of the goivernment, using the common sense inherent in all of us.

In case of a dispute, the Kaiser, or in his absence the Arbiter shall decide what applies to what.
