Imperial Decree 290 (Loki II)

Due to current civil unrest, the court of the Kaiser of Shireroth is moved to Ardy's Reach, Maraguo.

Though we retain complete Imperial power, we shall not continue to engage in the tit for tat bickering that has clogged the Shirerithan forums for the better part of the week.

We will continue to resist the illegitimate regime imposed by Dead Hasan the Faithless and Accursed. All Imperial Forces loyal to us are to hold their ground, and co-ordinate the least violent resistance possible.

Imperial Decree 290 (Ayreon)

I hereby establish a Council for Imperial Administration. The Council shall be composed of all ministers of the Empire, the Kaiser, and any steward that the Kaiser has appointed.

The Council is formed to make sure all ministries follow kaiserial directives, for it to discuss matters relevant to the Empire and other matters deemed relevant to the Kaiser, and to advise the Kaiser on the State of the Empire.

I direct the Minister of the Interior to establish a closed forum for the Council for Imperial Administration.
