Imperial Decree #230: Oustfest!

The Duchy of Elywnn is hereby demoted to a barony. Sorry, but you only have three citizens. Ric, you're the most active, so you get Baron status.
-Ardashir Khan loses his status as count over Lesser Zjandaria, and hereby loses his citizenship. It may be regained by filling out the next census and maintaining activity for one (1) week, to be judged by me at the end of said week.
-Gudrun Vesteralen also loses her status as countess over Iseirdia-la-Vraulalennir, and hereby loses her citizenship. It may be regained by filling out the next census and maintaining activity for one (1) week, to be judged by me at the end of said week.
Also, I beleive the County of Araxion is gone now, so if Harald wants a new county, he may choose freely pending my approval. :)
The Duchy of Kildare remains as such:

The Duchy of naudia-Divia loses some cits and land, and makes some changes in leadership
-Erik Metzler loses the county of Monty Crisco, but remains on permanent LOA.
-Darth Miho also loses his county of Woodshire, and his citizenship. It may be regained by filling out the next census and maintaining activity for one (1) week, to be judged by me at the end of said week.
-James Raine also loses his county, but remains on permanent LOA.
Shyriath Bukulos, you are the new Duke. Congrats! The Barony of Woodshire is gone though, without a second county to prop it up, so Benecia goes indy in the duchy.
The Duchy of Northhold (remarkably) will remain the same when Ryan's citizenships are explained and it is made sure that he is in compliance with the Tri-Cit law. It will go as follows:

And anyone who can dechiper the Landsraad laws, please post who gets what now, and once that is finished, the Landsraad may be reopened.
