Imperial Decree #102: Land Retransfer
Issued by Kaiser Los II
Since Duke Nicholas of Yardistan has properly acknowledged Kaiserial authority, the islands of Florencia and the Khaz Modan shall be returned to Yardistan Proper.
The island of Mar Sara shall remain in Amity and Mirioth.
