Despite Jonas not finishing the coronation, I think the handover's about done. Can you remove his ducal permissions and give them to me instead?
Also, could you create a Barony of Hallucination with the three counties of Old Hallucination, Lesser Attera, and a new county, Halluci Nua? This is a temporary measure until we have Carol's full opinion on the matter, but I don't see why we shouldn't at least set up the forum - if we end up returning Lesser Attera, that's not hard. Give Austi Scott Baronial powers.
