I didn't touch it, except for one official transfer. I was so up-to-my-ears in the stuff, that I didn't think it right to take the nation's money.

PS - Corey should be paid, too??

I think you're missing the important bit. The Household account was (theoretically) to be filled up for Kaiseral expenses, and the Kaiser could take it with them if they wanted. They don't get paid for resigning. And that bit's not in the lawbook anymore anyway - it got dumped when we stopped paying people for reaching positions.
