My good Mini-Int, could you make Sebastient Moderator of Old Hallucination (and show it on the front page) and remove Norfolk from the front page? (leave Foghorn as mod, but he doesn't seem likely to return soon, so may as well take it off the front).

Also, if anyone has traditional flags for any of the counties ...

This is the Hau'oli 'Ena flag. I've never seen the one you list as Gong Li, but it looks like an attempt to reproduce some aspects of the old Antya Micronational Union flag.
