Thanks Hesam!
Good, that gives me what you've done so I can fill in the other ones. btw - do you have a gmail account? If its easier, you can just use a google excel doc, saves you uploading a file ...
EDIT: Wait, hang on ... Ardy shouldn't get 600. He should get the upgrade money from his previous position, shouldn't he?

However, this account still manages:

Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy
And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

I was a little unclear about this actually. Here's the thing. He went from Baron to Duke, but he also became Steward. In the first case, it was 200. In the second case, it was 400.
I also gave Ric 500 for becoming Kaiser.
I didn't quite know what your policy was.
If this requires changing, just let me know and I can edit it?
And I don't have a gmail account. I don't know if it would be any easier unless the document being hosted was editable by you as well as me. Is that possible?

My policy was you get the difference. So if he goes from Baron to Duke *digs up the bill*
He already was paid 100 for being baron. Now he should get another 100 for being Duke. But he went straight up to Steward in the meantime. So he should get a further 200 for being Steward, or a total of 300.
The Kaiser's slightly different ... does his old account become the Household Account, or is the Household Account separate from his previous or future money? If it's separate, it's probably fair to give each Kaiser 500. If it's the same as his private account, it should be the difference from his previous position (Baron, I believe - so + 400)
That make sense?

Re: Crown Account Transactions - 01 AUG 08
Ah ok, well if you make the change to Ardy's account just post it somewhere, otherwise I'll do it and include it in the next report.
The Household Account is separate from the individuals own account. The reason being is that previous Kaisers can leave money for the next one if they wish, and also so that it keeps the money earned during the reign separate from their previous cash if the individual was a Duke. IE, if the Kaiser is was Duke of Brookshire, and he recieved 500 erb, that money would influence the vote if it were put in the personal account. That money goes into the Household account because it's based in Shirekeep.
Now the Kaiser can do what he likes with his money, and there is no law preventing him putting it in his own account (yet). But I thought the spirit of the system should be that the Kaiser does not influence the vote. This might be grounds for a new bill now that I think of it.

That makes sense ... and was, I guess, my rough understanding - keep the personal and Kaiser accounts separate, imperial expenses and personal voting and all that. It could be good to codify in law (or possibly just a decree, if you can talk the Kaiser into curtailing his own power).
Later today I'll go through and check everyone's been paid their citizenship ship stuff that has an account and record who has been paid to what level. I'll update Ardy's if you haven't done so by then.
