Novaya Sorensk

[Aurangzeb Khan]

Comrade!

I trust the lunatic retreval programme is advancing well? I have a new opportunity for you to put them to the service of the public wellbeing... by blasting them into space!

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

[Krasniy Yastreb]

I accept my appointment to the directorship of the Novaya Sorensk Facility with gratitude, sire... as well as the choice of my humble county for its location. Of the three islands of the River Elwynn Delta under Lower Lunatic jurisdiction, I have earmarked the largest one for MoMA construction units to begin work on the facility (see updated maps in Guide/History section). The location represents the southernmost point of my county, thereby providing a launch site closest to the equator for most efficient launches to orbit.

Work on prototype missiles and craft shall begin immediately, as well as research into the treatment of mental instabilities (particularly hysteria and related conditions) via the application of double-figure G-forces on afflicted individuals. Truly my troubled people are blessed by the oppurtunity for such innovation.
