[Ari Rahikkala]

REVOLT! REVOLT! The succession of Kaiser Andelarion has been cancelled on account of force majeure, as duchy after duchy has plegded to support Kaiser Loki II, The One Who Was Promised instead: Yardistan, Kildare, Straylight, plus half of Elwynn, have joined the rebellion already, and the ministries have also accepted the new leader. Others remain neutral for now, such as the County of Lower Lunaris. Loki has already taken to the throne and decreed general amnesty, especially for those who accept his reign, and elevated Liam conToketi as Steward.

In other news, Kildare celebrates a local switching day followed by a return of military ranks from old times and a plan for reforms; Ari Rahikkala has been appointed MiniInt to match the work he's been doing; The Morovian takeover proceeds as Bill Bekkenhuis joins the forum; and the renamed Bailiwick of Lac Glacei brims with activity under its new leader, Mike Fors.
