We Protest this Unprovoked Attack!

To the Kaiser:

This is to inform you that with or without your knowledge, paratroopers in uniforms of the County of Monte Crisco, in the Duchy of Brookshire, your own troops, in fact, landed at Port Nevermore. We were able to aprehend all of them without bloodshed, as we had advance notice of the attack from Your Majesty's own dispatch. We protest this unprovoked attack, and expect an answer for this outrage. We have been Your Majesty's loyal subjects, and have never rebelled against your name or your crown. It seems to us that this action calls for the most strenuous of protests, and the strongest retaliation, unless you can assure us that this was not meant as a real attack, but was just a test of our readiness.

We have put all our citizenry on the highest alert, and will answer any further aggression overwhelmingly.

Are we able to remain your friends, or have you decided to make enemies of us???
