Request for Safe Harbor and Overland Access

Shirerithian friends,

There will soon be a recwar in Holzborg, which borders your county of North Novi Dalmacija. I ask that Natopian ships be granted safe harbor at Port Nevermore and more importantly, troops be allowed overland access in that county so we can move troops more freely into the south of Holzborg. Our forces are highly trained and self-contained. We do not expect to remain long in your territory.

You are also invited to join if anyone wishes... We are using the SNARL charter so it should be a good fight

SNARL (originally the Shireroth Natopia Antica Recwar League) was actually founded by your own Scott Alexander as an alternate system to the more detailed and precise system that required strategy and technical knowledge. SNARL rules favor the development of the actual story of the war and character and unit development. Instead of calculating forces based on national activity and posts and citizens, SNARL forces are 1 unit per active recwar participant. 1 unit is 5 battleships (or a flotilla that roughtly equals 5 battleships), 25 planes, or 25,000 troops. The unit is basically "you" in the recwar, instead of a single general being in command of the entire force of a nation.
