Tierced per pale: in chief Azure charged three mangoes Proper; dexter Or, charged a tree Proper growing out of a crown Or; sinister Gules charged with a star of sixteen points Or.
Of course, the references "dexter" and "sinister" ("right" and "left", respectively) are from the prospective of the herald, who would be carrying the shield, and therefore standing behind it. I believe that the division with the tree and the crown may violate the Law of Tincture, since the crown is gold and so is the field in that division.
