Of course, the references "dexter" and "sinister" ("right" and "left", respectively) are from the prospective of the herald, who would be carrying the shield, and therefore standing behind it. I believe that the division with the tree and the crown may violate the Law of Tincture, since the crown is gold and so is the field in that division.
Wikipedia editors really need to learn the difference between coats-of-arms and national emblems...if it isn't encased in a shield, lozenge, or cartouche, if it does not obey heraldic rules, it is NOT a coat-of-arms...
