May the friendship between our two great nations never fade.

I have the pleasure of informing you that the Emperor of Attera has enacted a similar decree.

YONATAN TZION YAQOB, by the Grace of G-d, King of Kings, Slave of G-d and His Representatives on Earth, Scion of the Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Negus of Argaal and Dalakha, Le´ul of Q´Attera, Emperor of the Atterans, to all and sundry, greeting;

In the Name of the MAKER, All-compassionate and All-Merciful, Supreme and Eternal Ruler of Heaven and of Earth, may Our Actions be favorable unto Him, We hereby pronounce the following Decree:

Be it known that, whereas the Imperial Republic of Shireroth and the Solomonic Empire of Attera have always existed in peaceful and tranquil Friendship, and whereas during the Times of Troubles the Solomonic Empire fell out of contact with the Imperial Republic, and whereas We are desirous of rekindling that same Friendship, We hereby reaffirm the Old Treaty, which has never gone out of effect, between our two nations and peoples, and look forward to long-lasting and prosperous Peace and Cooperation.

So let it be written, so let it be done, as it was in the beginning, is, and ever shall be.
Decreed on the 9th day of Sh´vat, in the 5767th year since the beginning of time.
