I. A Honorary title of Commodore-In-Chief of the Imperial Navy Ship, HIMS Francis.
II. The position of Duchess of Whalemen and the Title of Princess (styled HRH).
a. This title shall be passed to all her children only the first born child will pass it to there children and so on.
III. I declare you also a Knight in the Order of St. Nicholas.
2. This Decree shall be law.
