If you are unable to attend you may designate a temporary advocate to represent you. If neither you nor an advocate appears before the Senate, I will appoint an advocate to represent you.

If you do not wish to attend, please inform me. No advocate to represent you will then be appointed.

And if I may add, milady, you were knighted in Hurmu when Hurmu was a Shirerithian barony. Your knighthood meant that when Hurmu got independent, all knights became senators and electors of Hurmu.

I appreciate the kind invitation to the Senatorial session in Hurmu, and would love to be able to participate. However, as you are undoubtedly aware, the Kaiser and Steward of Shireroth may not involve themselves as part of any other micronation. I remember fondly and gratefully being knighted by you in Hurmu, and have always treasured a cordial relationship with you. I wish you well there, but cannot come as you request. Please accept my regretful apologies.
